Corporate Leadership Experience
Tarun Grover is a seasoned business leader and executive search professional with extensive experience across business leadership, sales & marketing, P&L management and executive search.
He began his career with Tata Motors and subsequently spent over a decade with ICI India, where he held leadership roles across Rubber Chemicals, Paints, Acrylics and Surfactants. His experience spans sales, distribution, exports, marketing, supply chain and SBU management, providing him with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C businesses.
Tarun later served as the CEO of the International Copper Association (ICA), where he played a pivotal role in establishing the organization’s presence in India and strengthening India’s position within the global copper industry.
He subsequently joined CHR Global as a Director, leading senior and CXO-level executive search assignments for several prominent Indian business groups. His search experience includes successfully closing leadership mandates such as COO – Tata Power, President – Birla Copper, MD – IndusInd Bank and CFO – Hinduja Power, among others.
With a unique combination of corporate leadership experience and executive search expertise, Tarun brings deep industry insight, strategic perspective and a strong understanding of leadership talent to the organization.
